Food is good but service is slow

The food is good, when I go there I always order a Large Chocolate Oreo shake and it always is the best

The workers was messing with his phone the whole time trying to cook food and never put gloves on but wiped his hands on his sweats.Had ear pods in the whole time as well.

This was my first time eating here. I'm from Monett Missouri. Ordered a malt shake and basic hamburger. Best tasting malt shake I've had in awhile. Down home hamburger. The bus stopped and they had made up ice cream cups for the kids... Real cool place

The last 2 times we've been, the staff has been in the back playing on their phones. Last night, we went through the drive thru and after waiting over 5 minutes, we decided to go in only to find that the staff was in the back playing on their phones instead of answering the drive thru. Their excuse was "the buzzer wasn't working" and just as they said that the buzzer went off as someone drove into the drive thru. Not to mention, this morning after eating their chicken tenders, my husband has been throwing up pretty much nonstop. So, thank you for the food poisoning and lack of customer service.

Good food, good time, nice staff.

Food ok but wait horrible thru drive through. They should make cars pull around to wait on their order so that another car can pull up to order. I have to think twice about going there again just because of that. Staff is friendly. Just NO efficiency that I could see. I saw three staff up front. I don't know how many cooks. Food ok for fried foods. I wanted to order other things on menu such as salad or fish but wasn't sure of the end quality so thought i better not.

Old fashioned hamburger joint. Hand made patties. Young kids working. Good food, mostly fried plus soft serve and shakes. Inexpensive prices.

Best hole in the wall burger place I've been to in Missouri. When I work in Carl Junction I already know where I'll be going to for lunch.

Disappointed Went to Randy's for a quick bite before a football game. Prices seemed a little high so I was expecting more. I had a single cheeseburger that came with mustard, pickles and onions. Nothing else. The burger was small and definitely not worth the price. My wife got the cod sandwich. Again no veggies just tartar sauce. Onion rings were good. Ate at randy's a few years back and it was really good. Not sure what happened.

Half the hamburger at full price. I do not understand how people can rate up this half rate place. Fries were tiny. Hamburger was horrible. Would not recommend this establishment.

Tried to order food tonight at 8 26 was told they shut the grill down at 8:30. So in my opinion the hours of business should not be listed until 9:00. I live in CJ and order from there once a week. I was placing an order for 4 people and I am highly disappointed.

Having only been to Randy's once, we were anxious to return and drove 35 miles just to have lunch. Excellent super fresh hamburgers, REAL homemade onion rings. Wow. And the counter service was perfect. Perfect! Yum and yum!

Great burgers, onion rings and malts

If you go before 5 pm it's always better. Randy has hired local high schoolers for years and it's almost a tradition for a lot of CJ natives. The burgers are typical but delicious diner style burgers. The milkshakes are delicious. The recent remodel done a couple years ago looks great. This place is a true home town gem filled with fond memories for many in this area. If you're traveling through the area I would definitely stop and get some good ol' homestyle greasy goodness!

Burgers leave a lot to be desired. Malts are great. Make the drive on to Babes on Main street for the good stuff.
